Vendor spaces are $55.00 per 10'x10' space at the festival September 18, 2021.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all tables, chairs, tents, tarps, banners, etc. None of these things will be available at the haunt.
Electricity will be provided- but you will need to bring extension cords and power supplies.

Q: Can I rent multiple spaces?
A: Yes. You can rent as many as you like.
Q: Can I share my space with a friend?
A: Yes. Your space is yours.
Q: Do you provide tables?
A: No. Tables, chairs, tents, and tarps are not provided.
Q: How many other vendors like *me* are there?
A: Although all are welcome, we try to limit the number of vendors with the same or similar product types. Our suggestion is to book early so that if we have to put limits on type, you are already on board.
Q: I offer entertainment services that I think would be of interest to your patrons. Can I have a table for free or heavily discounted? Also, I want to charge you for my services.

Q: I booked a vendor space and now I can’t make it. What is your refund policy?
A: We understand that things come up—life happens. If it is before September 1, no problem. You can cancel at any time for a full refund. Unfortunately, if it is September 1 or later, we cannot offer a refund. You are welcome to sell your space to another vendor, but refunds will not be issued after September 1, 2021.

Q: Is this event kid/family-friendly?
A: It is our goal to provide a safe and fun environment for fans of Halloween and horror movies of all ages. However, scary is subjective and some of our sponsors and vendors may have products, displays, or costumes that you may find frightening. As they used to say in the 80's: Parental Discretion is Advised.
