Each Exhibitor floor space, Indie Dev space, and Artist space is 10'x10' and includes One (1) topped and skirted 2'x8' table and Two (2) chairs. Each Exhibitor, Artist and Indie Dev booth includes Two (2) Staff Badges. Additional Staff Badges may be purchased in advance or at the door. Staff Badges are only to be used by representatives working at an Exhibitor Booth. EXHIBITOR FLOOR SPACES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We have special rates for RWX exhibitors and attendees this year at the Marriott Hartford Downtown ($129 a night plus taxes, attached to CT Convention Center) as well as the Hartford Downtown Holiday in ($89 a night plus taxes 0.7 miles away). Electricity will be sold to Exhibitors directly through the Connecticut Convention Center Services team. Pricing for Electricity for your space starts at $80 for access to a single 5 amp outlet. Each exhibitor space at the CTCC has the option to add power, the outlet you purchase will NOT be shared with any other Exhibitor. A representative from the CTCC will reach out to you to process your payment for Electricity or to further discuss the power options.
Internet accesss will be sold to Exhibitors directly through the Connecticut Convention Center Services team. Pricing for wifi starts at $25 and pricing a wired connection starts at $45. A representative from the CTCC will reach out to you to process your payment for Internet Access or to further discuss the options. In order to be in compliance with the State of Connecticut, you must apply for a Connecticut Sales Tax Permit. RetroWorld LLC is not responsible or liable for remittance of CT Sales Tax. All Exhibitors are responsible for filing their own sales tax returns with the State of CT. CT Sales Tax is 6.35%
