Exhibit Space Terms and Conditions and Disclaimers

• ScareLA reserves the right to decline any applicant or registrant regardless of payment status at any time.  
• Electrical needs must be ordered separately, please inquire during registration.
• All applicable fees must be paid to reserve your spot. ScareLA reserves the right to reassign any booth which has not been paid for by the invoice due date.
• Booth rental costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• We work hard to keep our rates affordable for small and big businesses alike, please note subletting or sharing spaces is not permitted without authorization.
• To create the best possible experience for our guests and support you in showcasing your brand, ScareLA may reassign your booth location at any time.
• Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining all relevant seller or other permits to operate as mandated by our Exhibitor Contract.
• By applying to exhibit at ScareLA, applicants certify they have read, understand and agree with the ScareLA 2018 Exhibitor Contract and General Terms and Conditions.
