We have 65 10' x 10' vendor spaces. Power is available upon request.
10' x 10' booths, 1 table, 2 chairs, power, wifi. Booth price for Vendors is $150 and includes 2 free badges. Price for Artist Alley is $50 with 1 free Badge. Up to 6 additional badges available per booth.
Set up is at 8-12 Friday, September 29. Large bay door for easy access. Lots of parking. Please unload and park. Then set up your booth.
Hours of Vendor Hall operation are:
Friday: 1-6
Saturday: 10-6
Sunday: 10-6
Tear down is Sunday from 6-11 pm.
There will be a stage and work shop tables for events, interviews, and demos. If you would like to offer a workshop to draw business, please submit it to Programming via the Panel Suggestions form on the website.
The Mountainview Events Center (MEC) has a concession stand with no outside food as a policy. No food is allowed to be sold except at the concessions stand by the MEC. Any food for personal consumption due to medical needs, etc, is to be kept discreet.
