This application page is for those seeking to be placed on the Waiting List for Exhibitors, Creators, and Crafters for the 2021 Cincinnati Comic Expo.

Your contact information is critical to we can contact you if and when a space opens up. You will be contacted and you must responded in a timely manner or we will move forward to the next registrant on the list.

On the final page, please use the message box to inform us which type of space you seek (Creator Table, Crafter Table, Corner Exhibitor Booth and/or Inline Exhibitor Booth) and the quantity. You will be contacted in the order received and category for spots available.

Company Name is the name that your space will appear listed as in the Cincinnati Comic Expo app and on the floor map. You must fill in that registration space.

We would like to take a moment to clarify the expectations that the Cincinnati Comic Expo has for all Exhibitors, whether they have a table or a booth, with art, comics, books, merchandise, and so much more!

CREATOR ALLEY TABLE
Selling your own art or published book or novel? Join fellow artists and authors in the creator community!

Your vivid art and stories brings the characters of our imagination to life. Artists who sketch, paint, write and publish comics, or draw custom sketch art (artists who sketch at the show and take commissions) are all welcome as well as authors who have published a physical, printed book (non-comic) or novel.

Includes: 8 ft table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor badges.

Rules: Artists and writers who created the work must be present at the event to sell their work. No walls of prints. No banners or displays over 10 feet tall. No crafted or mass produced merchandise in this table community.

CRAFTER ALLEY TABLE

Crafters this table community is for you!

From chainmail to comic book inspired décor, bring your crafts to Cincinnati Comic Expo. If you are a creator who sews, stitches, forges, and creates unique crafts, then this is the spot for you.

Includes: 8 ft table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor badges.

Crafters who created the work must be present at the event to sell their work. No walls of prints. No banners or displays over 10 feet tall. No mass produced merchandise in this table community.

EXHIBITOR BOOTHS

Don’t fit into the creator tables? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered too.

Retailers with mass-produced merchandise including collectibles, artists with prints of licensed characters or stories, and crafters and creators that need more space for their display will find room in the standard exhibitor booth.

Includes: 10x10 ft booth space, 8 ft table, 2 chairs, 2 Exhibitor badges, and an ID sign.



Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer

  1. The Cincinnati Comic Expo has created a family and fan friendly atmosphere. We seek to create a show for people of all ages and to make the entire event worth their while. Therefore: No nudity, X-rated or pornographic material is to be displayed.
  2. Passes supplied to or sold to the purchaser of this space are to be used by the exhibitor only. Passes may not be sold or given to anyone that is not to be in the exhibit space.
  3. Exhibitors are required to be set-up by start of the event. If you do not show up by start of the event you forfeit your space. No refund will be given and we are then authorized to resell your space.
  4. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellation of a booth/table that occurs after June 25, 2021. This only applies to spaces purchased after September 14, 2020. Anything purchased for the 2020 Cincinnati Comic Expo follows the policies set at the time of the cancellation. 
  5. Exhibitors are to keep all setup and merchandise in place until the show has concluded at 5pm on Sunday. Booths and tables are not to be torn down and/or packed while the show is in progress.
  6. The Duke Energy Convention Center prohibits outside food or drink to be brought into the venue. Interested food/drink exhibitors must reach out to the Cincinnati Comic Expo and convention center before registering and receive written permission from the venue. This includes any interested parties with sample sizes, sealed bottles, etc.
  7. To the extent permitted by law, you the exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Cincinnati Comic Expo and its owner(s), its/their officers, directors, agents, volunteers and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default of the Cincinnati Comic Expo, in connection with performance of any work by the Cincinnati Comic Expo, its officers, directors, agents, employees and subcontractors.
