EXHIBITOR SETUP HOURS:

Friday, July 10th 6PM-10PM

Saturday, July 11th 7AM-9:30AM 

Sunday, July 12th (refresh stock only, no loading dock access until show closes) 8AM-9:30AM

VERY IMPORTANT: Exhibitors MUST be set up by 9:30AM on both Saturday & Sunday for our VIP guests. General admission is at 10:00AM. Exhibitors also MUST stay set up until show closes at 6:00PM on Saturday and 5:00PM on Sunday. Exhibitors who arrive late or close up early will be barred from attending future events. 

The Albany Capital Center’s loading dock is located on the left side of the building at 54 Howard Street. Exhibitors will be able to pull off the street into the loading dock. The ACC Security Team will work with the exhibitors to assist them with parking as space allows. No parking is allowed on the loading dock for any reason and vehicles that are not being unloaded or loaded must be removed from the dock. Any vehicle left unattended will be towed. The Exhibitor will have 30 minutes to move in/out freight and take elevator to the event location within the convention center. The exhibitor will be requested to move their vehicle off of the loading dock once their 30 minutes is up.

We suggest that all exhibitors bring their own carts as carts will not be made available for move in or move out.

Should exhibitors have only a few items to move in/out, the ACC would like to suggest using the parking in the Albany Capital Center’s parking garage. Should exhibitors choose to park in the parking garage (Levels 1, 2, or 3), there is access to a passenger elevator that can be used to bring you up to the 1st Level of the convention center.

PARKING: Three levels of our paid-parking garage are located beneath the Albany Capital Center. Event rate is based on activity in the complex. The GPS Address for the Albany Capital Center Parking Garage entrance is: 7 Wendell Street, Albany, NY, 12207. 

There may also be free street parking on weekends in the surrounding area (but it fills up FAST). 

In addition to the dedicated ACC Garage, the following garages are all directly connected to the ACC via enclosed walkways: • Times Union Center Parking Garage, located at 100 Beaver Street Albany, NY 12207 • Renaissance Albany Parking Garage, located at 49 Howard Street, Albany NY 12207 • Empire State Plaza Visitor Parking Lot, located at S Mall Arterial, V Lot, Albany NY 12207

Freight Elevator: To move from the Albany Capital Center’s Loading Dock to Levels 1 and 2, a Freight elevator must be used.

Exhibit Space Terms and Conditions and Disclaimers

EMPIRE GAME EXPO EXHIBITOR / VENDOR / ARTIST TERMS & CONDITIONS - BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BECOMING AN EXHIBITOR AT EMPIRE GAME EXPO 2020 ON JULY 11th & 12th, 2020 AT THE ALBANY CAPITAL CENTER.

1. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs may be brought into the Albany Capital Center. Vendors found violating this policy will be removed by security without warning. Don't despair: alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the food service areas (valid ID required).
2. Animals are not allowed in the Albany Capital Center - an exception is made for certified service animals for guests with disabilities.
3. Food and drink sales are NOT permitted. Outside food and beverages are against Albany Capital Center policies and may be confiscated. Water bottles are ok. Food and drink are available at the concession area. 
4. No for-profit raffles, gambling, lotteries, or games of chance are allowed. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for non-profit games or charities (at Empire Game Expo's discretion) 
5. Bootleg copies of game cartridges/discs/movies are prohibited. Vendors assume all legal responsibilities for their own goods. Translations/ROM hacks/homebrew video games are acceptable. 
6. We reserve the right to remove vendors for violating any of these rules.
7. It is the duty of the exhibitors to comply with local, state, and federal laws including the collection of sales tax. 
8. Empire Game Expo & the Albany Capital Center are not liable for loss due to theft or property damage. By signing below, you assume responsibility for any and all damages or financial loss caused to the Albany Capital Center, other exhibitors, booth equipment, any property of attendees or guests, or to Empire Game Expo, LLC as a result of your actions or the actions of your employees. 
9. If the event is cancelled due to act of God, war, etc, Empire Game Expo will refund your booth payment in full but has no further obligations or liabilities. 
   
10. No refunds for vendor spaces after invoices have been paid. 
11. By participating in Empire Game Expo, the exhibitor grants Empire Game Expo, LLC a free license to use, display, and reproduce the name, trade names, and product names of Exhibitor in any directory (print, electronic, or other media) listing the companies at Empire Game Expo, in perpetuity. Exhibitor also agrees that Empire Game Expo, LLC may take photographs and/or video of exhibitor's booth space and personnel and use such photos/videos for promotional purposes, in perpetuity. 
12. Exhibitors are not covered under Empire Game Expo, LLCs event insurance policy. As outlines in Terms & Conditions line 8, exhibitors are responsible for damages caused to other parties and should carry their own personal exhibitor insurance policy separate from Empire Game Expo, LLC & the Albany Capital Center. 
13. Exhibitors agree to uphold Empire Game Expo's ZERO TOLERANCE HARASSMENT POLICY. Empire Game Expo & Albany Capital Center security reserves the right to remove from the Albany Capital Center any exhibitor whose behavior is disruptive to guests or fellow exhibitors. This behavior includes but is not limited to verbal and physical harassment, playing loud music, placing unapproved signage or items outside exhibitor's floor space, or any other activities deemed by Empire Game Expo or the Albany Capital Center to be inappropriate and grounds for removal.
