September 12, 2023 DEADLINE – Vendor applications close. All applications must be received by September 12th at midnight to be considered.
September 22, 2023 - All vendors will have been informed of selection or denial by or on this date.
September 22 – Sept 30, 2023 DEADLINE – Hotel reservations will open for vendors only. All reservations must be made by midnight central time on September 30th.
September 22 – Sept 30, 2023 DEADLINE – Payment due for vendor space. All payments must be received by midnight central time on September 30th.
Exhibit space is sold on a first paid, first served basis. Space is limited. Once payment has been received, there will be NO REFUNDS on exhibit space.
The sale of any and all goods and/or services by anyone besides official Texas Frightmare Weekend vendors is strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in such activities will be removed from the hotel and will forfeit their ticket purchase price and hotel room reservations. This includes and is not limited to selling anywhere on hotel property include hotel rooms, event space and parking areas.
