Please fill out this application for an Artist/Creator booth at Uncanny Comic Expo. This is only for comic artists, print artists, photographers, and writers. If you are selling other products, please fill out a Vendor application instead.

Artists/Creators are welcome to bring their own tables/setups as long as they remain with their booth space and do not block access to other vendor spaces.

10'x10' Artist/Creator Booths without tables and chairs is $70

10'x10' Artist/Creator Booths with 8' table and 2 chairs is $80

Extra tables are available for $10 each, extra chairs for $1 each

Electricity is $10 per vendor

Cosplayer

There is no charge for Cosplay Guest Booths, but we are limited to 3 Guests maximum.

Organization

Please fill out this application if you represent a Charitable Organization, such as a cosplay group. If your group is primarily for-profit, please fill out a Vendor application instead.

There is no charge for Organization booth space, but there will be a $10 charge for each table+2 chairs setup and and $10 electricity charge.

Vendor

Please fill out this application if you are a merchandise vendor. If you are an artist/creator, please see the artist/creator application.

Premium Vendor booths are corner endocarp spaces, and allow access to 2 sides of the booth space.

Standard Vendor booths are in-line spaces and allow access to one side of the booth space.

Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables and/or setup displays as long as they remain within the 10x10 space and do not block access to other vendor spaces.

10'x10' Standard Vendor booths without table and chairs is $80

10'x10' Standard Vendor booths with 8' table and 2 chairs is $90

10'x10' Premium Vendor booths without table and chairs is $100

10'x10' Premium Vendor booths with 8' table and 2 chairs is $110

Exhibit Space Details

Each Exhibitor (vendor, artist, organization,  cosplay, and sponsor) space is 10'x10' and may be purchased  with or without tables and/or chairs. 

Exhibitors may order extra tables and chairs if needed- please make the request on the application.

Exhibitors may bring their own tables and chairs or other type of setup provided it stays within the designated space and does not block access to other spaces.

Specific exhibitor spaces will be assigned by Uncanny Comic Expo.

Exhibitors must check in upon load in and check out before leaving the show.

Exhibitors are expected to be present and available during all open hours of the show.

Exhibitors are expected to clean their spaces upon checkout, in particular discarding any trash.

*All exhibitors who sell any products or services MUST pay taxes (8.995%) to the CPN Tribe upon checkout at the end of the show. Tax forms will be provided with check-in packets. Failure to do so will result in being banned from selling at any show on CPN lands. Exhibitors do NOT have to pay state taxes for products or services sold on Tribal lands.*

Cancellation refund schedule:

Cancellation before 5/31/21- full refund minus $10 processing fee.

Cancellation between 6/1/21 and 7/31- 50% refund.

Cancellation after 8/1/21- no refunds given.
