Whether you're a first time developer or have been making games for years, GDEX is a great place to showcase your project. With some of the most affordable booths for an expo of our size, we encourage developers who have never showcased their game before to get started with GDEX. With our current anticipated audience of 2000, we'll have plenty of people who can't wait to give your game a shot.

Booth Information

Standard Booth - 10’x10’ ($400/$1000)

The Standard Booth is a 10’x10’ space on the GDEX showfloor. It costs $400 for companies that qualify for the “Indie Discount” or $1000 for those that do not qualify. A Standard Booth comes with the following items:

  • 1 6’ Table (With Tablecloth)

  • 2 Chairs

  • 1 Wastebasket

  • 3 Exhibitor Passes

VR Booth - 10’x15’ ($650/$1400)

The VR Booth is a 10’x15’ space in a special VR Area of GDEX. It costs $650 for companies that qualify for the “Indie Discount” or $1400 for those that do not qualify. A VR Booth comes with the following items:

  • 1 6’ Table (With Tablecloth)

  • 2 Chairs

  • 1 Wastebasket

  • 3 Exhibitor Passes

Large Booth - 10’x20’ ($1000/$1800)

The Large Booth is a 10’x20’ space on the GDEX showfloor. It costs $1000 for companies that qualify for the “Indie Discount” or $1800 for those that do not qualify. A standard booth comes with the following items:

  • 2 6’ Tables (With Tablecloths)

  • 4 Chairs

  • 1 Wastebasket

  • 6 Exhibitor Passes

ISE Table ($200)

An ISE table is a 6’ table space in the communal ISE area of the showfloor. It costs $200 for companies that qualify for the “Indie Discount” and is intended for smaller, more experimental games and projects that aren’t yet ready for a bigger booth space. An ISE Table comes with the following items:

  • 1 6’ Table (With Tablecloth)

  • 2 Chair

  • 1 Wastebasket

  • 2 Exhibitor Passes

  • Communal Electricity Included

Artist Alley Table ($150)

An Artist Alley Table is a 6’ table space in the communal Artist Alley of the showfloor. It costs $150 and comes with the following items:

  • 1 6’ Table (With Tablecloth)

  • 2 Chair

  • 1 Wastebasket

  • 2 Exhibitor Passes
