Our mission at Fandemic Tour is simple: take care of the fans. Our volunteers are an integral part of making that happen, and we are excited to share this experience with you! As a Fandemic Volunteer your duties will vary- we might ask you to work in Registration, or watch the doors to ensure everyone has the proper credentials, or help at a guest's table, or in panels, or in line control. The bottom line is you have to be willing to do it all!
To be accepted as a volunteer you MUST be available for a minimum of two shifts on two different days, and one MUST be on Saturday.
You must be available for one of the two training sessions - typically Thursday before the event at 5:15 PM or Friday at 12:00 PM.
If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
Volunteers must be 18 or over at the time of the show. There are no exceptions.
Please note this is not a paid position, but you will be able to enjoy the show before or after your shift and receive exclusive Fandemic Tour merchandise.
Submitting this form does not guarantee you a volunteer position. We will interview each potential volunteer. Typically, not all volunteers will be approved.
This agreement is between CA Conventions LLC (hereinafter known as 'Company'), whose principal office is located at 322 Manhattan Avenue, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, and you (hereinafter known as ‘Volunteer’)
Company and Volunteer agree as follows:
1. Term and Termination
The term of this Agreement is from the execution date to two years after the term of service. After expiry of the term or earlier termination of this Agreement, the provisions of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 will remain in effect.
2. Conflict of Interest
Company and Volunteer are required at all times to act in favor of the Company, and to avoid any situation which might result in conflict between the parties' individual interests, or those of any of their affiliates.
Prompt and full disclosure shall be made of any situation that may involve or appear to involve an actual or potential conflict of interest. In all cases the onus is on the involved party to come forward with an explanation or to clarify why the situation does not pose a conflict of interest prior to participating in the activity rather than such participation becoming the subject of a conflict of interest review at a later date.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Disclosure of any such information to any party outside of CA Conventions has a risk of decreasing creative or strategic value and eroding the Company’s competitive business.
Clients and Volunteers with undisclosed confidential information may not communicate any such information to any other entity unless authorized in writing to do so. All Volunteers who are privy to undisclosed confidential information must be careful not to discuss information with each other in situations where they may be overheard, including (but not limited to) restaurants, elevators, taxi cabs, public spaces at the Event, or anywhere that others are present. Indirect comments, or passing references to "a new find", "an amazing guest" and the like, are equally damaging and must be avoided.
Volunteer understands the confidential nature of this project and agrees to keep all relevant details in the strictest confidence for a minimum of two (2) years.
The parties, by their duly authorized representatives, being in agreement with the above provisions hereby execute this Agreement this __¬_ day of ___¬¬¬¬¬¬______________, 2020.
