Rated PG-13 :: An unusual series of weather events have been occurring in New Haven, with mists appearing at night. While this had lead to the 'usual' increase in things like car accidents, there has also been a number of disappearances at night. Even more unusual, much of the local indigent population has also left, or vanished. The local 'sensitives' have been feeling an increasing sense of dread, for apparently something comes with the mists. A "Submerged"-level game. Dice and Pre-gens provided.
