Michael Bell is a legendary voice actor who brought many characters of the 1970's, 80's and 90's to life. He was one of the most dominate voices in the 1980's by bringing to life the GI JOE characters Duke and Major Bludd, Prowl in TRANSFORMERS, Grouchy Smurf in THE SMURFS, and many other voices in almost every cartoon of the time. He is known to fans of 90's cartoons best as Drew Pickles in the Nickelodeon series, RUGRATS, as well as Quackerjack in the Disney cartoon, DARKWING DUCK. Bell was also part of a video game revolution in the late 1990's when he voiced the vampire Raziel in the SOUL REAVER franchise.
