Amy Chu

Amy Chu writes comics and only comics. She currently scripts the Red Sonja and KISS series for Dynamite Entertainment. In 2016 she wrote Poison Ivy’s first solo mini series for DC, and Ant-Man and Deadpool stories for Marvel. Her stories have appeared in Wonder Woman ’77, Sensation Comics featuring Wonder Woman, Vertigo Strange Sports Stories and the Vertigo Quarterly CMYK. Amy is the co-founder of Alpha Girl Comics which publishes her creator owned anthology series Girls Night Out and the horror/mystery The VIP Room. She also enjoys non-profit work, creating comics for the New York Historical Society, Baltimore Museum of Art, the CBLDF Annual, and the Museum of Chinese in Americas. Amy studied Architectural Design at MIT, East Asian Studies at Wellesley College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
