Austin Yarger

Austin is a Lecturer of Game Development in the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering, Co-Founder of the International Game Developers Association (Ann Arbor Chapter), and President of Arbor Interactive, a Midwestern game and software development firm (https://www.arborinteractive.com ).

A long-time indie developer, Austin got his taste of AAA game engineering with the release of The Sims 4, followed by stops at EA Mobile and Facebook. His University of Michigan students have achieved positions at Santa Monica Studio, Unity, 343 Industries, Epic Games, Riot Games, NetherRealm Studios, Deep Silver Volition, and Schell Games among many others.
