*PLEASE NOTE: THE GAME ROOM IS OPEN ALL DAY, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP TO PLAY GAMES IN THE GAME ROOM. CHOOSE FREE PERIOD IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A SPECIFIC BLOCK FOR THE GAME ROOM. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO TO THE GAME ROOM OR WATERFRONT DURING AN ACTIVITY PERIOD WHERE YOU ARE OTHERWISE SCHEDULED, YOU MAY CERTAINLY DO SO, BUT PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN GIVE YOUR SPOT TO ANOTHER PERSON!*

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A 250LB WEIGHT LIMIT ON ALL EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION, YOU WILL NEED TO WEAR LONG PANTS AND BOOTS WITH A PRONOUNCED HEEL*

You have been allotted 15 "registrations" for each session you are attending. There are 15 total activity blocks during each session of camp. 

Activity 1: 9:30am - 10:45am

Activity 2: 11:00am - 12:15pm

Activity 3: 1:30pm - 2:45pm

Activity 4: 3:00pm - 4:15pm

Activity 5: 4:30pm - 5:45pm

You can not sign up for multiple activities in the same time block, they must all be in different time blocks. You are able to sign up for the same class multiple times throughout the day, but just be considerate of your fellow nerds knowing that some classes have smaller limits than others. 

Example: Do not sign up for both Archery and Circus for Activity 1 on the same day, unless you have magical powers or a Time Turner, you won't be able to be in two places at once. You will also waste 1 of your 15 registrations, and possibly keep 1 of your fellow nerds from enjoying the class that now has an empty spot. 

For people attending Session 1: August 12th-16th

-You have 15 registration allotments to sign up for classes on the 13th, 14th, and 15th. 

For people attending Session 2: August 16-20th

-You have 15 registration allotments to sign up for classes on the 17th, 18th and 19th. 

For the Epic Nerds attending both session 1 and session 2: August 12-20th

*Please note: You will be able to participate in activities on the 16th, until Session 2 starts checking in. You do not have to register for activities on the 16th*

-You will have 15 registrations allotments for each ticket you purchased (30 total). Please follow the same rules and only sign up for 15 each session.
