This time is where Costume Contest participants come to sign in (or register, if not pre-registered) and the judges get an opportunity to take a closer look at each contestant's costume, asking them questions about how and why they were built. Those who have not yet registered (whether online or in person) may also register to participate in the contest at this time.
Note: ALL contestants are REQUIRED to attend this session to compete in the contest.
