"Set the scene: Tony Stark and Loki Odinson are verbally sparring in the soon to be wreckage of Stark Tower. You could cut the sexual tension with a scepter. Suddenly, just as things are about to really heat up, you stop. ""Wait,"" You say to your partner, face obscured by a red helmet, ""Is Tony a dom or a sub?"" Well, is he in this scenario? For that matter, does it make sense for Wonder Woman to be a Little if she's the one holding the Lasso of Truth at every turn? Would Goku be into primal play? Is BBC's Sherlock a top or a bottom? Does the UCMJ still exist in Star Trek and if it does, does that play into a scene between Picard and Crusher? Every kinkster knows that the more authentic a scene *feels* the better the scene goes for your headspace. In this panel we discuss the ways of determining who goes where to bring a nerdy, fan service heavy scene to life. We will talk about how much suspension of disbelief plays into role playing, how far you can stretch a character before they lose their identity, and what ways to really bring a scene to life for all participants (cosplay, what tools to use, how to set the scene up, etc).
