Role Playing Game :: Dungeons and Dragons
Rated PG-13 :: This is a family oriented D&D game where we will accept much younger players than normal and keep the themes in a more PG-13 to G rated feel. Each under 18 player can have upto 1 adult play the game with them. Because of the shorter attention spans for kids, the game run time will be kept to a 2-hour window, and the themes will be trying to 'save' the badguys from themselves (instead of killing a goblin, enough damage would cause the goblin creature to turn back into a gnome or elf, for instance. This game is sponsored partly be Uriel's Unusual Bookstore, a new bookstore on Commercial here in Springfield. For the kids, they have provided Gold Fish crackers to snack on (individually wrapped for safety) and possibly some kind of prize support as well (pending). There will be flyers for the store at the table all weekend long.
