David "Bailey03" Powell is a miniature painter from San Jose, CA, who enjoys teaching and sharing his passion for miniature painting with others. He works on a wide range of subjects, from historical figures to fantasy and sci-fi. His work has won numerous gold medals, including several Crystal Brushes, and has been awarded a number of best in shows.
