Who doesn't find painting faces and skin intimidating? In this class, I will teach you a number of tools to help tackle this difficult subject. We will cover the importance of color selection, realistic lighting through highlight and shadow placement, and the use of glazes to add life-like color variation. We will be painting the 1:38 scale "Tagar, the Wild" from Hera Models. This $30 figure is included in the cost of the class. I will provide some paints for skin tones, but it you may wish to bring your own paints and it is highly recommended that you bring your own brushes.
