Rated PG-13 :: The heavy iron door is open, hanging on rusty hinges and revealing an inky blackness descending deep into the earth. You stand, weighing your options as you remember the promise of treasure and renown against the dread rising from your belly. The priest told you that the Horn of Gjallar has been taken by servants of Surtur intent on calling Ragnorak before its time. Can you find it? Can you get out alive? Is any of this even worth it? Grasping your hilt, you step through the portal into the unknown. Please join me for an old school dungeon crawl based on Norse mythology and played with minis and Dwarven Forge terrain. This one shot is from a larger campaign and will feature 4 players levels 6-8 battling undead, escaping traps, solving puzzles and hopefully recovering Heimdall’s missing horn. The forces of evil will oppose your every move and it will take all your stats, skills and cunning as a player to emerge triumphant! As an extension of the game I ran at Garycon XI, this builds on characters that began there and have carried on their adventures. Much of the module is random, even for me, which makes this game run quite differently each time it is played. We had a blast running it every day at Virtual Garycon XIII and look forward to running it in person with you!
